If deemed appropriate to the requirements, IB Boost can conduct a Test Automation Assessment. This can be a standalone engagement or a part of a larger initiative. The purpose of the assessment is to make specific recommendations as to whether test automation is right for you. We will assess organisational readiness for automation, and to what extent your existing testing can be automated.

Test Automation Strategy

If required for the project, IB Boost can prepare a Test Automation Strategy for your organisation or at the project level. The strategy makes determinations about the right approaches and priorities for automation, forming the foundation of the planning stage.

Test Automation Plan

Priorities and approaches outlined in a testing strategy, coupled with detailed analysis of requirements drive the formation of a detailed Test Automation Plan. This plan will cover all the elements necessary for the successful completion of the project: test phases, entry and exit criteria, people involvement, test environments.

Test Pack Creation

From your existing manual test pack, or from the specifications obtained, we will create automated test cases for execution. Test cases will be reviewed and tested to ensure they run as per design. Test cases will also be reviewed against appropriate measures of coverage.
